Bodies Of Ind. Girls Who Disappeared On Hike Found

The investigation into the disappearance of 14-year-old Liberty German and 13-year-old Abigail Williams turned into a homicide investigation this week when police found their bodies about a half a mile from a bridge they had been walking on.

Anyone with information may call the Carroll County Sheriff's Department or the Delphi Police Department at 765-564-2413, or the Indiana State Police at 765-567-2125.

Williams and German were supposed to be picked up where they were dropped off a few hours later but never showed up.

Police said they are still collecting evidence at the scene of where the bodies were found.

Police haven't yet identified the bodies found today as the two girls.

Cops are not releasing identifications on the bodies at this time, and they can not comment on any injuries or trauma.
