When law enforcement arrived on the scene, Soules had left. It's unlikely that Chris Soules or his lawyer will be able to talk their way out of the charges, especially with the alcoholic beverage containers since being discovered.

A call to Soules' cellphone went directly to voicemail and his publicist was not ready to make a statement when reached early Tuesday morning. Soules has since been released from prison after posting $10,000 bail. One of the women who competed for his affection was Jade Roper, who a year ago married former "Bachelorette" contestant Tanner Tolbert of Kansas City.

The driver of the tractor was later identified as Kenneth E. Mosher, age 66, of Aurora.
