After winning a JUCO national championship, and claiming the NJCAA national player of the year award, Hutchinson forward Shakur Juiston committed to play basketball at UNLV. The year prior, he averaged 10.9 and 8.0. He was also considering Arizona, Kansas Michigan State and San Diego State.

The question becomes what do the Spartans do with their remaining two spots?

Frozen, The Lion King, Indiana Jones: Disney unveils release dates upcoming films
The sequel to the 2013 mega-blockbuster detailing the adventures of Elsa, Anna, and Olaf will be released on November 27, 2019 . Entertainment Weekly reported that Bell and Menzel are expected, but not officially confirmed , to come back for the movie.

That should bode well for UNLV head coach Marvin Menzies, who now has a bright future in the frontcourt. He is a 7-foot, 245-pound center who can lock down the paint defensively and clean the glass.

They will be joined by forwards Tervell Beck, Chiekh Mbacke Diong and Anthony Smith, along with point guard Amauri Hardy. Smith's stock has skyrocketed since a tremendous senior season, drawing interest from the likes of Duke and Kentucky, but most suspect either Michigan State or IL will be his destination.

Trump tax plan could be good news for many, bad for deficit
Trump proposed cutting the US corporate tax rate, the highest among the world's industrialized nations, from 35 to 15 percent. Mnuchin assured that the proposal was not meant to aid the wealthy, even though it lowers rates for top earnings.

Menzies appears off to a good start in the very early stages of his tenure at the UNLV post.

UNLV was 11-21 overall and just 4-14 in conference last season. Juiston's commitment should give the Runnin' Rebels a force down low along with the winning pedigree that the JUCO product will lug to the program. When Menzies was hired, he was billed as an ace recruiter, but it was assumed it would take a few recruiting cycles before he would be able to get in with the top recruits.
