THE Undertaker lost to Roman Reigns at Wrestlemania 33 in Orlando, Florida in perhaps the final match of one of the greats in the WWE.
WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross spoke with Sports Illustrated's Extra Mustard site about his WWE return, WrestleMania 33 and more. He has headlined numerous WrestleMania events and his record at the PPV event stands at 23-2. After Reigns pinned him and left the arena, The Undertaker took a while to get back on his feet and appeared back in his classic long coat and hat. While Taker was able to eliminate Bill Goldberg, 50, from the match, Roman wound up eliminating Taker.
The Undertaker did return after a year's absence in 2015 to defeat Bray Wyatt at the Levi's Stadium in California.

Xavier Woods mentioned The Undertaker's long WWE run and how there are so many memories of The Undertaker for fans. The match was remembered for the way CM Punk valiantly fought but got beaten badly. The fact that the match came at WrestleMania was all the more poignant considering his relationship with the WWE's premier annual event.
Matt and Jeff Hardy made sure that their comeback was a successful one, as they beat Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson, Cesaro and Sheamus, and Enzo and Big Cass in a brutal Ladder Match to win the Tag Team belts. While he might not want to travel, it'd be wild to see that knowledge about the business go to waste. 'Taker's feuds with Kane, Stone Cold Steve Austin, Mankind and more shaped the eras in which they occurred, and lit up by televised battles and pay-per-view epics.

Considering that fans weren't too fond of Roman Reigns to begin with, you can imagine that they were a bit upset with him after essentially retiring a legend.
Ric Flair shared on the site: "My Man Taker, the biggest Star in the History of the WWE.Goes out in style like he always does".
