Many are shaming the airline despite the company's CEO issuing a second statement to apologize for the incident.

That bad moment led to Dr. David Dao screaming as he was dragged off an oversold flight Sunday night. Video of police officers dragging the passenger from an overbooked Uni.

The altercation saw Dao bloodied and bruised as officials with the Chicago Department of Aviation dragged him through the aisle of the aircraft.
