Arsenal end Manchester United's long unbeaten run

Arsene Wenger bested Jose Mourinho in the Premier League at the 13th attempt as Arsenal beat Manchester United 2-0 on Sunday to revive their challenge for Champions League qualification.

"He doesn't need to (make peace)", Mourinho said.

"I think he is right, prioritise winning a trophy, definitely".

"It was important because we lost at Tottenham". With Marcus Rashford and Ashley Young both limping out in Vigo, the Portuguese still has several injury worries but can he seriously take Arsenal lightly and risk blowing any chances of reaching the Champions League courtesy of a top-four finish? "That didn't happen many times", he said.

Arsenal remain sixth despite the win but will still harbour hopes of closing an eight-point gap on Manchester City in fourth. "For two reasons: I don't think the other ones playing one match a week and being in a great situation, I don't think they are going to blow it".

She will also take in a technical school, visit the United States embassy and go to the Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe. Seeking to allay ethics concerns, she said last month she would serve in the White House in an unpaid, informal role.

Arsene Wenger insists it is not his style to publically slam players in the manner Jose Mourinho has done at Manchester United this season.

"You're in the position where you must be part of it and fight for them when it doesn't go well".

Indeed, the toughest of Wenger's 21 years at Arsenal could yet have a happy ending.

"It's between two teams at the end of the day, that's what I make of it", he told a post-match news conference, in which he highlighted the recent upturn that was interrupted by a 2-0 defeat at White Hart Lane. "We have had many draws as well and there were some fantastic teams that we played against".

"You play Man United in another big game and we could not afford to lose and we responded". Overall, you play Man United and it's another big game.

Macron campaign hit by 'significant' data leak hours before French poll
The ministry said 28 percent of eligible voters had cast ballots, compared with a half-day tally of 31 percent five years ago. The leak began just before the blackout descended at midnight, in theatrical timing befitting the dramatic campaign.

During a long history of bad-tempered clashes, Mourinho has often goaded Wenger in the press. It just shows how tight the Premier League is now with more teams fighting for the championship. Substitutes: Hector Bellrin (for Oxlade-Chamberlain, 84): 6, Francis Coquelin (for Xhaka, 76): 6, Olivier Giroud (for Welbeck, 84): 6.

"We still have Granit Xhaka out from the kick he got in the game".

Two goals in three minutes were enough to end United's 25-match unbeaten run in the league as Xhaka scored with a shot deflected off Ander Herrera before the impressive Welbeck headed home Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain's cross.
