Michael Keaton "gets" his "Spider-Man: Homecoming" baddie

A lot of fans are loving the idea of a retconned Spider-Man cameo in Iron Man 2 and it fits perfectly with Marvel's story for Holland's version of the webslinger. Not only is it a new Marvel movie, but it's Spider-Man's first solo outing in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

A young Peter Parker/Spider-Man (Tom Holland), who made his sensational debut in Captain America: Civil War, begins to navigate his newfound identity as the web-slinging super hero in Spider-Man: Homecoming.

After five previous Spider-Man movies, three by Sam Raimi and two by Marc Webb, "Spider-Man: Homecoming" sends Peter Parker back to high school and rebrands the series.

Tom Holland Confirms That Peter Parker Appeared in Iron Man 2
Speaking with Fandango , Marvel Studios head Kevin Feige revealed how much we can expect to see the webslinger in the feature. Tom Holland , who is receiving wide praise for his performance, stars as the friendly neighbourhood web-crawler.

Marvel Studios managing to bring Spider-Man back into the fold starting off with Captain America: Civil War was a major win for everyone. At one point a small boy wearing an Iron Man mask stands up to one of the drones before Iron Man himself comes to his rescue.

The fan theory grew in popularity because a couple of factors lined up perfectly for the boy to be Peter Parker. "I can confirm that is Peter Parker", Holland stated boldly, before clarifying, "I can confirm that, as of today".

Robert Mueller clarifies Trump-Russia investigation boundaries with Congress
Of course, Trump could delete the tweets at any time - he's already deleted a handful of tweets during his presidency. It is true that both Comey and Mueller worked together as Department of Justice colleagues during the George W.

And now here's the part where we dish out some caveats.

Holland says that the theory is completely true. Remember, 2010 was after the end of the Sam Raimi trilogy but before the Amazing Spider-Man reboots. This came as a surprise to fans (and evidently Kevin Feige), as it had been previously reported that the films would exist apart from the MCU.

"In the meantime, I think Miles is a big part of the animated movie that Sony's making", Feige said. One thing thatCollider got Kevin Feige to confirm is that it doesn't have the number "2" in the title, and it will probably go into production in April or May of 2018.
