The model-turned-actress shared a photo of their newborn son's tiny hands on Instagram, saying, "Our little man arrived! Jack Oscar Statham - 8.8lbs on Saturday June 24th", she wrote, alongside emojis of a heart and an angel.
Rosie and her fiancé Jason, 49, announced their pregnancy news in February.
