Amazon to develop its own mobile messaging app


According to reports, Amazon has been running a survey in order to get feedback on this new app, AFTVnews got hold of one of the people who allegedly took part in this survey and shared this information. They now host an online marketplace, a music streaming service, a video streaming service and super fast delivery services. And now one can notice the entry of a big player in messaging field alongside more accepted messaging platforms like wechat, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, snapchat and more as Amazon is planning to launch its own messaging app named Anytime. Adding to the likes of Google and Facebook is another tech-giant Amazon, reportedly working on launching its own messaging app called "Anytime". Also, this messaging app coming from Amazon is said to be able to perform tasks such as ordering food, playing games, groups.

The Anytime app may focus on voice and video call, apart from the messaging. These apps introduced in 2016 did not fare up to the expectation in the already competitive market segment. " According to the report, the messaging service will have voice, video calls, photos sharing ability, filters, masks, etc". Anytime by Amazon will apparently let you "reach all your friends just using their name" without needing their phone numbers.
