Shep Smith explodes: Trump family's "deception" is "mind-boggling"

Even Fox News is starting to flee Trump, as Shep Smith and Chris Wallace told Fox News viewers that Trump is lying to them about the Russian Federation scandal.

Wallace paused for a moment after Smith finished.

"It's one more case where there is a new revelation that the White House and Donald Trump Jr., and other people don't put out themselves, and it ends up coming out from the news media", Wallace explained.

"Jared Kushner filled out his form, I think it's an F-86, saying who he'd met with and what he had done", Smith said.

As the Post noted, Smith usually doesn't hide his criticism of the Trump administration.

Smith spoke with Chris Wallace today and first brought up Charles Krauthammer's new column titled "Bungled collusion is still collusion".

"If there's nothing there, and that's what they tell us, why all these lies?" Why is it lie after lie after lie? Smith asked. "If you clean, come on clean".

The president often retweets clips from Fox News programming, particularly Fox & Friends, and promotes appearances by his family members on the channel. The conservative host interviewed Trump Jr.

Smith and Wallace, however, have been critical of the administration in the past.
