A baby born at Greenville Memorial Hospital to parents Freedom and Michael Eubanks was named Eclipse Alizebeth in honor of the special day.
According to the hospital, 6-pound, 3-ounce Eclipse's mother and father "made a last-minute decision to name her Eclipse". The couple originally picked the name Violent before Freedom went into labor around midnight. She has one concern, though: would she give birth right away or the following day - which would've been today?

Police spokeswoman Jennifer Donelan said an adult family member got home to find the three juveniles with trauma to their bodies. State's Attorney Angela Alsobrooks, said: 'We are absolutely heartbroken and we are so absolutely devastated'.
Eubanks said her family was first "shocked" over the baby's unique name, but now thinks it was a great idea.
At first, she thought it was probably just another another false alarm, but the contractions soon grew stronger.
