Iran: Revolutionary Guard Vow to Designate US Army as Equivalent to ISIS

Revolutionary Guard chief Mohammad Ali Jafari said that if these reports of the United States' "stupidity" are true, it will equate USA troops, especially in the Middle East, to IS terrorists.

Iran's Islamic Revolution Guards Corps commander, Major General Mohammad Ali Jaafari on Sunday warned the united states to relocate its regional bases out of the reach of Iran's missiles in case Washington takes new measures against Tehran.

According to the state broadcaster IRIB, lawmakers overwhelmingly approved the outlines of the bill to "counter America's terrorist and adventurist actions" as some chanted "Death to America".

Such hostile USA action would be considered a breach of the nuclear deal that Iran signed with world powers in 2015, he said, adding that Iran would view it as an opportunity to develop its "defence and missile programmes in the region".
