Duterte names PDEA as 'sole agency' for drug war
Duterte's move follows the high-profile August killing of a 17-year-old student by police, which triggered rare public outrage. Madrid said police officers may still make arrests if the illegal drug transaction is happening in front of them.

Lawler was last seen in the cage at UFC 214, when he picked up a close decision win over fellow fan favorite Donald "Cowboy" Cerrone.

A meeting of ex-champs is now the headliner for UFC on FOX 26.

Lawler (28-11) is a former welterweight champion. Victories over Carlos Condit, Rory MacDonald, Johny Hendricks, Matt Brown and Jake Ellenberger highlight the Lawler resume, which includes a 602-day reign as UFC welterweight champion. Against dos Anjos at UFC on FOX 26, he'll look to string together a couple of wins to work his way back into title contention.

Dos Anjos, 27-9, is ranked fifth in the division.

Since moving up, dos Anjos is 2-0 and ranked No. 5 in the welterweight division with wins over Tarec Saffiedine and most recently a dominant first-round submission of Neil Magny at UFC 215 in September. The eighth-ranked Cirkunov, from Toronto, has won eight of his last nine fights.

Canadian light-heavyweight Misha Cirkunov (13-3) will take on No. 3 American-based Brazilian Glover Teixeira, the UFC also announced Thursday in a release. This is a fight that has the potential to be fantastic, and the victor, could very well lock up a title shot.
