Arkansas quarterback Cole Kelley has been arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, careless driving and other offenses in Fayetteville.
Cole Kelley was pulled over at 4:00 a.m. and taken into custody about 15 minutes later.
A police report shows the 20-year-old refused a breathalyzer test.
