Arkansas quarterback arrested on suspicion of DWI and careless driving

Arkansas quarterback Cole Kelley has been arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, careless driving and other offenses in Fayetteville.

Cole Kelley was pulled over at 4:00 a.m. and taken into custody about 15 minutes later.

A police report shows the 20-year-old refused a breathalyzer test.

He was placed under arrest and transported to the Washington County Detention Center where he was processed. He was released at 11:46 a.m., according to jail records.

Now, details have emerged in Kelley's arrest, as the arrest report has been obtained from the Fayetteville District Court.
