Ben Affleck casts doubt on being Batman in future DC films

In the upcoming Justice League film, actor Ben Affleck is donning the cape and cowl for his third time. When asked by Extra TV if he'll be around for five movies he offered a less than encouraging "I don't know about that...we'll see what the future holds".

Justice League will be released in theaters on November 17, 2017.

Warner Bros. and DC has shared a brand new video in promotion for Justice League featuring Batman's Flying Fox being assembled together as part of a special experience in London.

Of his co-stars - including Ben Affleck, Gal Gadot and Ezra Miller among others - he added: "They are incredible people, awesome actors, and they put so much work into these characters". It has worked its way through a couple of directors (Matt Reeves is now in the chair) and even more scripts. DC Comics film, the future Batfleck appears to be unsure.

Unlike the previous doctor's costume, which was worn by actor Peter Capaldi in the role, Whitaker's costume is a little funkier. These are paired with a gray trench coat, brown boots, blue striped socks and an array of delicate earrings.

While there is also a Justice League of America, filled with a diverse group of heroes, the main core Justice League watching over Earth from their orbital Watchtower is missing some vital power-sets and viewpoints that - it must be said - would be nice to see in the team once again. In Batman v Superman, while he did ultimately come together with the likes of Wonder Woman and Superman, he spent a good portion of the film either by himself or with his ol' pal Alfred.

In "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice", Morgan and Lauren Cohan played Thomas and Martha Wayne so Miller would love to see them back in the roles for "Flashpoint".
