Cong writes to Prez on delay in Par's winter session

The government has made a decision to convene the Winter Session of Parliament from 15 December, a day after the second phase of the Gujarat assembly elections, the Committee on Parliamentary Affairs (CCPA) said on Friday.

Anant Kumar has also appealed the Opposition to make the session successful, "I appeal the opposition and political parties to participate and make the Parliament Session fruitful".
