Ezekiel Elliott's Injunction Hearing Set for Thursday

The 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has granted a request for an administrative stay to the NFLPA on behalf of Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott.

Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott has maintained his innocence while fighting a six-game National Football League suspension for domestic violence, but a recent report from Adam Schefter claims that he's been seeking a settlement with his appeal looking bleak.

Netflix Has Completely Severed Ties With Kevin Spacey
Spacey, 58, spent three months in Italy during the summer on the biopic Netflix production of gay author Gore Vidal's life. The corrupt politician dies in the Michael Dobbs book that inspired the series, so it could easily work.

Elliott, who has played in all seven of the Cowboys' games this season, would've had to sit out Sunday's game against the Kansas City Chiefs had he not secured his latest favorable ruling. Should that happen, Elliott would once again be on the field for Dallas. If the suspension is back in place, Elliott wouldn't be eligible to play until Week 16 against the Seahawks, opening the door for Alfred Morris to step in as the starting running back in the interim. However, the National Football League has no interest in any outcome other than the full six-game suspension, according to the report.

Elliott has repeatedly denied that he assaulted his then-girlfriend, although his comments from the team's training facility in Frisco, Tex., were among his most forceful on the subject.
