"The New York Times reported Louis C.K.'s gross sexual misconduct, which is completely indefensible, and which inevitably resulted in the cancellation of his new film, Exhibit A: If This Ever Goes to Trial", Oliver said, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

"You give your friends the benefit of the doubt", Stewart explained.

During his Today show interview on Tuesday, the former Daily Show host addressed the claims made by multiple women who say the Louie star masturbated in front of them - and looking back, Stewart thinks more could have been done to stop the stand up's perverted "compulsions".

"My first response was, 'What?' And then, joke, joke, and as he kept going, I was like, 'Look, I know this is very serious, but I know Louis, he's always been a gentleman to me, ' which, again, it speaks to the blindness that I think a man has, which is, like, 'hey, he's a good guy, what are you talking about?'" Stewart said. In a statement released on Friday, C.K. said the stories told to the Times "are true" and that he was "remorseful of my actions".

Gigi Hadid: I don't have it all figured out
The athlete walked the red carpet at Glamour's Women Of The Year Awards ceremony in Brooklyn, NY on Monday (Nov. 13). Bella grabbed onto Gigi's hand yesterday and held on tight, saving her from hitting the ground.

Stewart, who has been friends with Louis C.K. for over 30 years, said he hasn't spoken to the comedian since the fallout.

Even C.K. brushed off the allegations as "rumors" in a September interview, only to confirm they were all true a day after the explosive New York Times article came out against him.

"You get mad at yourself too for laughing it off or thinking, 'That didn't happen!'" Stewart added.

Stewart no longer think it's amusing.

United States officials confirmed the meetings would primarily cover the recent ceasefire deal. USA officials are in Israel to discuss security concerns regarding the new ceasefire in Syria.

John Oliver kicked off the fourth season finale of his talk show Last Week Tonight with a "lightning recap of the week", which included a jab at Louis C.K, the latest in a string of men in Hollywood to be accused of sexual misconduct.

"So the internet said Louis harassed women?" Stewart, who was joined by the benefit's creator Michelle Smigel, had been quiet about the Louis scandal, but many were waiting to a response from him. Honestly, I'm not that connected to that world.

Though it's a little unclear, Stewart then suggests that he and his team looked into the allegations at that point but that "we were all assured, no, and we took somebody's word for it, and maybe that's an error on our part".

"No, that's not been my experience", Stewart said.

Cristiano Ronaldo Presently Unhappy At Real Madrid
I don't want to renew. "I tried to maintain a good level of form and I understood that the award was for what we did as a team". When asked this season if he was expecting to sign a new deal with Madrid, Ronaldo told beIN Sports: 'I don't want to renew.

She continued, "Louis C.K.'s life is so much a part of his movies and it's very personal, so you can not separate the work from the artist".
