Fire was reported just before 11 p.m.in the 700 block of North Franklin Street.

An extra-alarm fire was raging Thursday night at a nursing home in West Chester, Pennsylvania. Residents were forced to evacuate outside into the cold, with temperatures overnight hovering in the low 40s.
