Xiaomi Mi A1 Android One Smartphone Starts Receiving November Security Update

Xiaomi has a wide range of popular MIUI-powered smartphone, but it has only one stock Android-powered phone, and that's the Mi A1.

According to the screenshots shared by XDA, the update is of 1GB in size and comes with the security patch for the month of November. And while it might take some time before all device have been updated to the latest version of Xiaomi's custom skin, it appears that the company might be already gearing up for Android Oreo. The weird thing about this update is that different users are reporting different sizes for the firmware. This is not an Android Oreo update and also there is no word on the features and improvements coming to the device with this update.
