Auto hits pedestrians in lower Manhattan, NYPD says

Up to three people have been hit by a vehicle in Lower Manhattan.

It happened about 1:15 in the area of Liberty St. and Broadway. The Lincoln continued eastbound and struck the rear-end of a Mercedes SUV before coming to a stop.
