For the last few weeks, Nintendo fans have been on the edge of their seat. Anyone who owns The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild can jump back in without wasting any time.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild's second expansion called The Champions' Ballad finally has a release date and it's sooner than you think.

It looks like a great way to learn more about the legendary Champions that Link meets in the primary game - but director Eiji Aonuma seemed to think it needed something more.

During The Game Awards hosted by Geoff Keighley, a new trailer for the expansion was shown revealing new costumes, shrines and quests included with the DLC.
