Actor Vishal has surprised everyone in Tamil political circle by announcing his political entry, and he has filed nomination as a independent candidate for the upcoming bypolls in RK Nagar of Chennai. The actor claimed to have audio tapes of his two proposers being threatened.
The poll body has also rejected the nomination form filed by late Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J.Jayalalithaa's niece J.Deepa, while accepting the nomination papers filed by candidates belonging to the ruling AIADMK (E.Madhusudhanan), DMK (N.Marudhu Ganesh), the Bharatiya Janata Party (K.Nagarajan) and over 50 independents.
The actor in another tweet in the evening, had claimed that his nomination was accepted by the poll governing body.
