The baby boy, born on November 30 in a suburb of Delhi, India, died late on Tuesday, a police spokesman told The Times of India. "We don't trust the doctors there", Malik said. The baby boy died at a nursing home in Pitampura after battling for life for almost a week. "We took him home to Nihal Vihar and then buried him at Chander Vihar shamshan ghat", Mr. Deepak said. However, Dr Sanjeev Gupta of Aggarwal Hospital said that baby was of just 22 weeks and it was hard for him to survive from the start as he needed too much support. "We are in constant touch with the parents and are providing all the needed support". The committee will submit its final report to Jain later this week.

Baldwin suffered a stroke in 2006 and has been in a wheelchair ever since. It's not just Winston-Salem dealing with a shortage of volunteers.

Malik said the family had requested financial assistance from the Delhi government to move the baby to a "bigger and better" facility. "These two cases have been clubbed and we will take action accordingly". However, Kumar has refused to take the body of his child, in an act of protest and demanded that the doctors of Max Hospital allegedly involved in the "medical negligence" in the case be arrested. Gupta said that the boy had died from multiple organ dysfunction. "Had the baby not been exposed for so many hours after his birth, maybe we could have probably prolonged his life", Gupta added.

According to a Delhi government official, the government's preliminary inquiry report had found that "no [electrocardiography] tracings were done to trace whether the child was alive". But to their utter horror, the the boy was still alive, while they were on way to do their final rites.
