Nokia 8, 5, 6 and 3 smartphones are also confirmed to get the next Android P update, as well. It is worth noting that HMD Global has not announced or hinted at any thing as of now.
It seems as if HMD may not reveal the new Nokia 9 before the end of this year, with current signs pointing towards a January 19th announcement.
Juho Sarvikas, chief product officer at HMD Global revealed this while replying to a query on Twitter. The report goes on to state that both handsets will be tailored to the Chinese market, which likely means making them less focused on Google services and more on local equivalents. The Nokia 9 could be priced at 3699 Yuan (approximately Rs 37,000) for the 64GB storage model and 4199 Yuan (approximately Rs 42,000) for the 128GB variant.Читайте также: Qatar foreign minister joins GCC peers in Kuwait meeting
Alongside the launch date and images of the Nokia 9, some of the specs and also the price of the phone have been leaked online. The Nokia 3 is powered by a powered by 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek 6737 processor and comes with a 5-inch HD display with 720x1280 pixel resolution.
The Nokia 9 is expected to be priced at around CNY 3,699 (roughly Rs 35,965) for the 64GB variant.
However, although 2017 launch looks nearly certain, Chinese media Mydrivers is confident that the Nokia 9 won't arrive this year.
Despite multiple leaks, the rumoured Nokia 9 has been an elusive smartphone. Both handsets will likely feature an "all-screen" design and displays with an aspect ratio of 18:9, the Snapdragon 835 chipset, a dual camera at the back, and IP67 water and dust protection. Reports suggest that neither of the phones will include a 3.5mm headphone jack.При любом использовании материалов сайта и дочерних проектов, гиперссылка на обязательна.
