A police officer killed in a motorbike crash yesterday in which a 91-year old woman also died had appeared on the reality TV show Road Wars.
The Independent Police Complaints Commission has begun an investigation.
PC James Dixon was riding a motorcycle along the A4 Bath Road when it collided with a vehicle at around 1.50pm.
"Our thoughts remain with Pc Dixon's family and friends, as well as those of the 91-year-old woman, at this very hard time".
He was based at Loddon Valley police station.

Thousands have so far already been raised to help the families of both victims at this awful time.
Thames Valley Police said it will release further details when it is possible to do so. "Thoughts are with your friends and family, the police family has lost one of its best".
And a fourth added: "Such sad news about PC Dixson".

The elderly woman was a passenger in the auto, and the driver was rushed to hospital. Thoughts go out to his family friends and all at TVP.
IPCC Associate Commissioner Guido Liguori stated: "My contemplations and sensitivities are with their families and companions and the partners of the officer at this extremely troublesome time".
