Pizza Hut starts delivering beer and wine in Arizona

You will be exhausted from a long day at work and starving, but unwilling to put too much thought into your dinner.

CNN reports Pizza Hut will begin testing beer and wine deliveries alongside pizza orders in "certain cities", with Phoenix being the initial guinea pig. Its investments include adding a loyalty program, beefing up technology and rolling out delivery boxes created to keep pizzas hotter.

The beer selection will be a six-pack of Budweiser, Bud Light, Shock Top and Kilt Lifter.

Want some beer with your pizza? Wine delivery will roll out in Phoenix in January, but the details regarding what types of wine or size have not been determined.

The company would not reveal to CNN which cities will be next to get delivery service.

There are many Pizza Hut locations that already serve and are specifically licensed to distribute beer and wine.

All drivers carrying beer and wine deliveries on their routes will be at least 21 years old, the company confirmed.

Owned by Yum! Brand, CNN notes that Pizza Hut is performing worse than the company's other chains, KFC and Taco Bell.
