Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, the world's busiest, reported a loss of power on Sunday afternoon.
Southwest Airlines is canceling "all but a handful of worldwide flights", according to an airline spokesperson.
Airport officials told NBC News that electrical issues at a Georgia substation "has impacted the power at the airport".
An airport customer service representative confirmed a power outage, but could not say how much of the airport was affected. #ATL officials are working to remedy the situation.
