Power outage suspends flights at Atlanta airport

Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, the world's busiest, reported a loss of power on Sunday afternoon.

Southwest Airlines is canceling "all but a handful of worldwide flights", according to an airline spokesperson.

Airport officials told NBC News that electrical issues at a Georgia substation "has impacted the power at the airport".

An airport customer service representative confirmed a power outage, but could not say how much of the airport was affected. #ATL officials are working to remedy the situation.

The good news is, this isn't a long-term injury for Fournette, per Ian Rapoport of NFL Media. Yeldon and Chris Ivory would be the top backfield options in the event Fournette can't play.

Crews have reportedly been working to fix the problem at the airport since 1:30 pm.

The FAA tower did not lose power during the incident.
