Details about Jessica Chastain's character in X-Men: Dark Phoenix are still hazy, but a new report brings a few things to light. The character is an "otherworldy shapeshifter who manipulates Phoenix (Sophie Turner) for her own agenda". It was a pale imitation.

The image comes via Entertainment Weekly and shows Game of Thrones star Sophie Turner as Jean Grey.

"This is probably the most emotional X-Men we've done and the most pathos-driven", McAvoy told EW. "There's a lot of sacrifice and a lot of suffering". Turner studied schizophrenia and multiple personality disorders to prepare for this hard, volatile role.
