What is the Invisible Box Challenge... and how to do it?

A football player at Anderson University in IN posted a video of how to do it back in August.

Ariel Olivar from Manvel High School, south of Houston, tweeted the maneuver from the sidelines on Friday night, and the ensuing ruckus landed her on the Today show.

"The video was my third time trying it". "It's essentially a one-legged hop where you move the floating foot so it stays over the same spot, but smooth, keeping the cadence of walking".

The cheer leader stepped on an "invisible box" and hopped over it.

Locals protest outside RK Nagar zonal office against actor Vishal
Disheartening to hear that the nomination made by me was initially accepted & later when I left, has been announced as invalid. He did not respond to further questions. "No, it (Vishal's representation challenging the rejection) is under process".

We all know social media is a breeding ground for wild challenges, but this latest one is a head-scratcher. It's actually kind of challenging keeping it there.

This isn't a new trend, but the cheerleader's video helped revive interest in the trick.

The premise involves stepping onto an "invisible box" with one foot and leaping over it with the other foot.

"All his hip stabilizers on the right side are firing on overtime to hold that hip in position", Men's Health fitness editor Ebenezer Samuel said of Hines' video.

She posted the cover on Instagram - she was named the magazine's "woman of the year" - along with a message of inspiration. I mean, this is like the third time that we've dated and I think that what [ Selena ] says has so much merit to it.

'"Very explosive hip flexor, abdominal and glute strength is what is driving the leg up and over the box".

'You'll notice [the] body rotates toward the leg on the step as well; there's a ton of oblique and ab stability maintaining that position'.
