Attorney: Brian Bowen is enrolling at SC, seeking reinstatement from NCAA

By transferring to South Carolina, Bowen inches closer to making his NCAA debut, but it's equally plausible he never plays for the Gamecocks, either.

Bowen signed with Louisville after being heavily recruited by former N.C. State coach Mark Gottfried.

Whether the NCAA corroborates the FBI's allegations will determine if Bowen has the option of playing college basketball at SC next season. He will do that now, all the while knowing there are questions out there concerning what happened at Louisville and exactly what part, if any, he played in that.

Lo to star on Will & Grace
The "If You Had My Love" performer is the latest in the huge names to make a comeback in the hit "Will & Grace" revival. The Will & Grace team recently confirmed the development and shared a picture of the crew with Jennifer welcoming her.

Ten people, including four assistant coaches and Adidas executive James Gatto, were initially charged in the investigation.

"I'm really excited to get an opportunity like this with a terrific coach like Frank Martin and a program like South Carolina", Bowen told ESPN.

"Brian deserves a fresh start, and I would like to thank our university administration, President (Harris) Pastides, our board of trustees and Ray Tanner for their hard work and guidance in helping Brian become a member of our Gamecock family". The federal complaint stated that Gatto and others attempted to funnel $100,000 to a recruit's family to gain his commitment to play for Louisville. Louisville was a late addition to Bowen's college list. Bowen was not named in documents, but details made clear that investigators were referring to the freshman. However, Louisville declared later in the month that Bowen, a 6-7 forward who was rated a five-star prospect, would not play for the Cardinals. He remained enrolled through the fall semester.

I genuinely believe that the failure of the liver was due to the actions of Simon Bramhall burning his initials on to it. He pled not guilty to more severe charges of assault causing bodily harm, and prosecutors accepted it.

Earlier Wednesday, a UofL spokesman confirmed to WAVE 3 News that Bowen was no longer enrolled at UofL. The bribery scandal is what led to the ousting of Rick Pitino. "He brings a high-level skill set to the court and will make an immediate impact on our team with him joining us on the practice courts this week".

SC has struggled a bit in its follow-up to a Final Four appearance last season, as Martin's squad is 10-5 and 1-2 in SEC play.

USC athletics director Ray Tanner said, "What better coach is there to help Brian grow as a student-athlete and more importantly as a young man than Frank Martin and his staff?"

Still, he acknowledges that curiosity status "is part of it, because it's awesome to myself that I am still here". While the issue can be age-related or caused by ear injury, it can also be caused by noise-induced hearing loss.
