Wilson has been accused of firing a shotgun multiple times at KPD officer Jay Williams Thursday night during a traffic stop on Washington Pike.

Wilson, 31, was added to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation's top 10 most wanted fugitives list early Friday, and a $2,500 reward is being offered for his arrest.

Knoxville Police Chief David Rausch told the news station that Wilson is expected to be armed, possibly with two weapons.

Judge Orders Trump to Let DACA Applications Continue
Local immigration advocates are breathing a sigh of relief after a federal judge ruled against a controversial White House effort. DACA protected young undocumented immigrants who came to the USA as children from deportation.

Investigators recovered the suspect's auto early Friday. Wilson allegedly fired at Officer Williams from his black mid 70s model Chevrolet Nova while it was still in motion then fired several more shots after the vehicle came to a stop. He is being sought on a attempted murder warrant.

Law enforcement agencies across the state are "very familiar" with Wilson, Rausch said. "So when they go out into the exercise yard, they take off their shirt, then it's readily apparent who they belong to, what their rank is in the gang, and then that status that they're looking for". He has a history of violence and considered risky.

KPD said if Wilson isn't apprehended by Friday morning, they're considering putting out what is known as a Blue Alert.

GKN pushes ahead with demerger after rejecting £7bn takeover offer
Involving paper in its GKN bid is a departure from its usual strategy of raising funds for acquisition through rights issues. The offer would have resulted GKN shareholders owning 57% of the combined company and and Melrose shareholders holding 43%.

Wilson, who faces an attempted murder charge, is "listed in a database as an Aryan Nations gang member", the AP reported.

The father of the man on the run Friday after being accused of shooting a Knoxville police officer is asking him to turn himself in. He was sentenced to three years in state prison after being convicted of aggravated burglary in 2011, the outlet said.

Rausch said Wilson is listed as a member of the Aryan Nations gang, and there is now an outstanding warrant for his arrest for a violation of probation and aggravated assault.
