Henry Samuel, best known by his professional stagename Seal, is under investigation by LA police for sexual harassment and battery after an alleged attack on actor Tracey Birdsall, who was the singer's neighbour in late 2016.

Birdsall, 54, claims that the singer commented on her allegedly revealing outfit and began to grope her breasts, despite her telling him to stop, reports the New York Post. Birdsall said that she then left his house and did have contact with Seal after that. She says the two developed a close friendship until an incident occured at Seal's home.
Speaking to TMZ, Tracey claims the singer "lunged" at her.
The actress chose to speak out following Seal's recent call out to Hollywood for hypocrisy, saying the "Kiss From a Rose" singer falls right in line with the people he claims to have an issue with.
Seal has yet to speak personally about the claims, but he has posted a video on Instagram defending himself against the Oprah post.
