The aforementioned policeman reportedly was untruthful in his testimony against Meek Mill and Meek's lawyers have officially filed a document to vacate his conviction and sentencing, based on these claims. The Post-Conviction Relief Act petition, obtained by Pitchfork, is targeting the credibility of a police officer involved in Mill's 2007 arrest on drug and gun charges. Gibson says Meek merely took a gun out of his waistband to discard it, according to the docs. Former narcotics officer Jeffrey Walker said he "would steal" with Graham. Sources told The Philadelphia Inquirer Tuesday that Graham, who retired from the department previous year, was included on the list. Graham, Gibson said, falsely accused the then 19-year-old of pointing a gun at police as they attempted to arrest him outside of a suspected drug stash house in Southwest Philadelphia. Officers who had a "history of lying, racial bias, or brutality" have been blocked from testifying in court, but Meek's legal team has never been made aware of the list or Graham's place on it. Inquirer sources say that current Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner believes "the list (of two dozen officers) represents an extremely limited snapshot of the problem of police misconduct on the 6,300-officer force". Walker also claimed that Graham fabricated the probable cause for search warrants and lied about the justification for warrantless searches.

Most notably, at Mill's 2008 trial, Graham testified to recovering two packets of alleged crack cocaine from a criminal informant who allegedly purchased them from Mill, but no property receipt or lab report for those packets was offered in evidence at trial - much less the alleged packets themselves.
