Philippines President Orders Soldiers To Shoot Female Rebels In Their 'Vagina'

Just when you start to think Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte has reached the height of depravity, he shocks the world yet again by coming up with something even more appalling.

President Rodrigo Duterte violated global humanitarian law when he encouraged state forces to shoot female rebels in the vagina if they encounter them in the field, Human Rights Watch (HRW) said. We will just shoot your vagina. In the speech, the President said, "Soldiers should shoot women rebels in their vaginas because, without their vagina, they are totally useless".

Harry Roque, the president's spokesman, said that people - women in particular - are "overreacting" to the president's statement, countering, "I mean, that's amusing". "I mean, that's amusing. Come on. Just laugh", Roque said.

Duterte said he has told European officials he won't attend an upcoming meeting between Southeast Asian and European leaders.
