Cavs down Bucks 124-117 in Kevin Love's return

James on Monday scored 40 points as part of his third triple-double in four games and the Cleveland Cavaliers beat the Milwaukee Bucks 124-117 as coach Tyronn Lue began his leave of absence to address health issues.

The Cavaliers released two statements, one from Lue and one from general manager Koby Altman, on Monday afternoon, revealing the move.

Associate head coach Larry Drew said Love's minutes will be restricted in Cleveland's game against Milwaukee.

There is no need for Lue to push himself or the timetable for his return. He missed the second half Saturday, the second time this season he left a game because he wasn't feeling well. Not only did LeBron James rack up his third triple-double in four games in their win over Milwaukee, Kevin Love returned after six weeks and scored 18 points in 25 minutes. "His ability to stretch the floor allows a lot of opposing bigs not just to sit in the paint and clog up the paint, so it's great to have him back".

The Cavs now occupy the third spot (41-29) in the Eastern Conference, but are just a half-game ahead of the Washington Wizards (40-30) and Indiana Pacers (40-30).

"While I have tried to work through it, the last thing I want is for it to affect the team", Lue said.

An air ambulance was sent to the scene at about 13:30 GMT on Tuesday but it was later confirmed the engineer had died. The aircraft, said to be Hawk "Red3", went down in Holyhead at around 1.30pm.

LeBron was on fire last night, dropping 40 points and tallying his 16th triple-double of the season.

Giannis Antetokounmpo led the Bucks with 37 points, 11 rebounds and five assists, and Khris Middleton added 30 points, but it was not enough to help the Bucks avoid their eighth loss in their last 12 games.

"I felt pretty good". His 19th game with 10 or more assists saw him pass Hall of Famer Allen Iverson's franchise rookie record.

They broke the stat system. It is time to get your investment back.

Finally, after three hours, the Heat said enough.

While the Cavaliers were 8-13 ATS in his absence, and a disappointing 15-33-1 with him playing, it can't really be pinned on his performance.

Cowboys designate longtime cornerback Orlando Scandrick as post-June 1 release
Scandrick requested his release before free agency started last week and the Cowboys waited until Saturday to cut him. Last season, Scandrick started all 11 of his regular season outings, totaling 40 tackles and three passes defensed.

His guys did, anyway. There was no official boxscore after the game, because the system crashed in the first overtime and crews were scrambling to determine official numbers long after the final buzzer.

Fortunately, the Bucks acted relatively quickly to make up their deficit during the beginning moments of the third quarter, falling into the pattern that came to define the game from there on out.

Lue played 11 seasons in the National Basketball Association as a player. Russell Westbrook and Paul George have been clicking lately, and Oklahoma City could be a tough out in the playoffs.

"There's no stats. The stat machine blew up I guess", Nuggets coach Michael Malone said. But we'll talk. We'll talk probably tonight.

Neither team was at full strength. He also missed a game December 21 against the Bulls with an undisclosed illness, needing to stay in the locker room after arriving at the arena and going through his pregame media duties.
