Denver Broncos were interested in Tyrod Taylor trade

This trade has several effects on the market for quarterbacks, but the Arizona Cardinals were apparently a team interested in acquiring Taylor.

The Browns added a proven starter in Taylor a year after going 0-16 on a day they also traded quarterback DeShone Kizer to the Green Bay Packers.

Kizer might have thrown unwise balls all season long as an unready, unsteady rookie in 2017 - he completed just 54% of his passes and was picked off an NFL-high 22 times - but at least he had the jam to throw the ball into tight spaces in trying to rally his team from second-half deficits, week after week.

Imran rules out possibility of cooperation with PPP for Senate top slots
The chief minister's statement came after he had announced to support the PPP co-chairman in whatever decisions he takes. Therefore, it is now up to the senators from Balochistan and Fata to get the support of the PPP for themselves.

The teams will also swap late-round picks, said the person who spoke on condition of anonymity because league rules prohibit teams from announcing any trades until next week. Time will tell. With the new additions, free agency and five of the top 65 picks in the draft, it looks like the Browns might finally have their ducks in a row. The team has reportedly been considering taking him with the first-overall pick in the draft, and if they end up with a quarterback in free agency, that makes it all the more likely. Neither of the picks are first or second rounders. Trades for wide receiver Jarvis Landry, quarterback Tyrod Taylor and cornerback Demarious Randall have been agreed upon.

FILE - In this August 15, 2015 file photo, Buffalo Bills quarterback Tyrod Taylor (5) dives for the first down marker during the first half of an NFL preseason football game against the Carolina Panthers in Orchard Park, N.Y. Taylor was acquired in exchange for an early third round pick to serve as a stopgap starter from the Browns. Taylor, 28, compiled a 23-20 record in 43 starts for the Bills since 2015.

Taylor began last season with a 5-4 record but was benched by first-year coach Sean McDermott after back-to-back losses to the New York Jets and New Orleans Saints in which the Bills were outscored 81-31.

Liberum Covers TP Icap Plc (LON:TCAP); Adtran (ADTN) Has 1.1 Sentiment
ITV (ITV) traded down GBX 0.65 ($0.01) during trading hours on Wednesday, reaching GBX 153.20 ($2.12). The stock of CLS Holdings plc (LON:CLI) earned "Buy" rating by Panmure Gordon on Friday, February 19.

That's presuming the Bills don't land Kirk Cousins or any other desired veteran QB set to become a free agent on Wednesday, such as Case Keenum or Teddy Bridgewater.

But with two picks in the top four, they are still guaranteed a shot at a top quarterback of this class, including Sam Darnold, Baker Mayfield, Josh Rosen, Josh Allen, Lamar Jackson, and Mason Rudolph. Including his one playoff start, Taylor was 2-14 when attempting 30 or more passes. That's huge. In three full seasons under center in Buffalo, Taylor would complete 62.6 percent of his passes with 51 touchdowns and 16 interceptions.

Cleveland selected the rifle-armed Kizer in the second round last year, and after a unusual training camp in which he passed both Cody Kessler and Brock Osweiler on the depth chart, the 22-year-old was named the Browns' starter by coach Hue Jackson.
