Ex-Playboy Model Sues for Right to Speak About Alleged Trump Affair

A former Playboy model who said she had an affair with US President Donald Trump has filed a lawsuit in California to release her from a legal agreement requiring her to stay silent. According to The New York Times, David J. Pecker, the CEO of American Media Inc., is close friends with President Trump and worked diligently to buy her silence via a legal agreement.

The alleged affairs Donald Trump had with Karen McDougal and Stephanie Clifford occurred around the same time.

Also today, a NY state judge says Trump must face a defamation lawsuit by a woman who accused him of sexually harassing her after she appeared on his former reality TV show. She claims she had an affair with Trump in 2006 after she met him while he was filming an episode of "The Apprentice" at the Playboy Mansion.

Both Daniels and McDougal say Trump's longtime personal lawyer Michael Cohen was involved in paying them for their silence.

Vince McMahon's XFL Has Competition From a New League Launching in 2019
The AAF doesn't view itself as a league that is competing with the NFL, but one that will be complimentary to it. Other advisers include Dick Ebersol and former National Football League players Hines Ward and Justin Tuck .

The complaint says that McDougal's own lawyer at the time helped mislead her during the negotiations.

"AMI lied to me, made empty promises, and repeatedly intimidated and manipulated me", McDougal said in a statement.

"She wrote articles and collected money for them", the source said of the fitness columns she authored for American Media.

The report would make McDougal the latest woman to take legal action over an agreement restricting her from speaking out about an alleged relationship with the President prior to his time in government. She filed suit so she can speak publicly about her claims. "I just want the opportunity to set the record straight and move on with my life, free from this company, its executives, and its lawyers".

Oumuamua- which means " scout " was first spotted from an observatory in the Haleakala Observatory in Hawaii on 19 October 2017. But astronomers soon discovered the foreign object was natural in origin, and believed to have originated from the star Vega.

Convinced news of the extramarital relationship would come out in full, McDougal hired entertainment lawyer Keith Davidson who "assured her that the rights to publish her story were worth millions".

McDougal signed an agreement with American Media, Inc.

American Media Inc did not immediately respond to a request for comment. "Through efforts including the collusion of her own lawyer, AMI has consistently deceived and manipulated Mr. McDougal through an illegitimate contract". Now, the New York Times reports that McDougal has sued the publisher in an effort to talk freely about her relations with Trump, which she claims also happened in 2006, the year after Trump married Melania.

Zervos accuses him of sexual harassment, and the go-ahead to proceed in the case raises the possibility of Trump being forced to answer questions by her lawyers about his behavior toward her and other women who have accused him of sexual misconduct.
