Nick Gordon reportedly arrested on domestic violence charges once again


Nick Gordon was arrested on Saturday in Seminole, Florida, on a charge of domestic violence, after his girlfriend, Laura Leal, alleges he struck her in the face while she was driving.

Meanwhile, also according to the officer, Gordon denied hitting Leal and stated that he just wanted her to leave his residence after he alleges she ripped his shirt and threw a bottle at him.

An autopsy revealed a slew of drugs in her system that Brown's family pinned on Gordon, claiming he fed her a "toxic cocktail" and placed her in the tub. Leal also claimed that he pulled her hair, and said that he should make her wreck the vehicle.

According to TMZ, Gordon was reporedtly arrested by police in Seminole, Florida over an incident referred to a "battery-touch or strike".

Officers were called to Gordon's home for a possible disturbance and found 26-year-old Leal with a bloody swollen bottom lip, according to his arrest report. The pair continued to argue when they returned to his home.

Deputies said that although Leal refused to press charges, they arrested Gordon based on her statement and physical evidence.

This isn't the first time Gordon has had a run-in with the law concerning domestic violence.

He was given a bond of $500, along with a due date to appear in court on April 6. Those charged were dropped when the woman refused to cooperate with police.
