Destiny's Child Reunites with Beyonce at Coachella

Rumors about the reunion have generated headlines for months.

Beyonce built record Saturday night time marking her return to the stage since giving birth. "Thank you Coachella for allowing me to be the first black woman to headline". Incorporating significant elements of the African-American experience, she debuted in a regal selection opening with a rendition of "Lift Every Voice and Sing", effectively transitioning into her "Formation". She had to cancel her performance a year ago due to her pregnancy with twins Sir and Rumi Carter. While it's uncertain why Beyonce let go of the dancers, Cardi is reportedly hiring four or five for her team.

Beyoncé was joined onstage by Michelle Williams and Kelly Rowland during her highly anticipated Coachella set to reform their seminal trio, Destiny's Child.

Destiny's Child officially disbanded in 2006, following a hugely successful career with singles including Survivor, Say My Name and Lose My Breath.
