The Walking Dead season 8 finale review: Rick's decision; surprise consequences

The season finale for AMC's hit horror drama The Walking Dead aired in the U.S. last night, with an unexpected last-minute twist. As Negan gasps and starts to bleed out, Rick addresses The Saviors, telling them that this war is finally over before calling for Siddiq to come and patch up Negan. After first crossing paths with Negan in the season 6 finale and witnessing his cruel methods in the season 7 premiere, Rick swore revenge, beginning a conflict that's raged for more than two seasons. As it turns out, the bullets Eugene made for The Saviors were booby-trapped, and when The Saviors surrounded Rick's group and fired their weapons, every gun backfired, injuring and in some cases killing the ones pulling the trigger.

As he and Eugene headed off to whup Rick's ass, Negan "confessed" to his prisoner, Father Gabriel, that he had sacrificed some of his own people to set a trap for Rick. For those few seconds, he described an optimistic future in which he and Negan could work side-by-side - and appeared to win over his enemy, as Negan's eyes began to well up with tears. Then he got all teary-eyed; Rick got teary-eyed, too, and then he slashed Negan's throat. Rick looked teary. Even Negan seemed to get misty. "He wants to show people that things can change", he explained, "Everything is about people, everything in this life that's worth a damn".

The phone will get Android 8.1 Oreo and also will get Android 9.0 P upgrade apart from several qualifying Android P phones. Starting off with the design, Sony has tried to keep the design similar to the Xperia XZ2 that launched this year at MWC.

Things are really ready to heat up on The Walking Dead but not just with Negan and Rick. Negan has been the villain for two full seasons now, which have also been two of the most tiresome the show has ever delivered. And Jesus, you know, he would not have killed the surrendering Saviors, but he's not Morgan.

Everything came down to the final battle between Rick and Negan, with Rick making one last plea for his adversary to find a way to move forward without fighting. But by the end of the season 4 premiere, we see that all but Daniel are together again, and we're spared the trudging story of when and how they'll find each other.

Mo Salah wants to become Liverpool LEGEND by winning the Champions League
And Firmino got in on the act in the final stages as Klopp's side move within a point of United, who have two games in hand. It was Salah's 30th league goal for Liverpool as he found the net for the seventh successive home league match.

Could that horde be hiding the next group Rick's people go up against in the comics, The Whispers? Viewing of "The Walking Dead" has already fallen off pretty dramatically, a byproduct of age, the overall gravity of a saturated TV marketplace and yes, missteps that the program has made along the way. However, Rick was wrong in his decision not to kill Negan. Rick, however, has other plans: Negan will spend the rest of his life in a cell, a living symbol of the savage life they're leaving behind for good.

The Walking Dead will return for season 9 in the 2018-2019 TV season on AMC. He believes that the vision he sees is Carl showing him the new world. So when Rick made it clear that he wanted Negan to live, Maggie's only natural response was to scream in distress and disbelief. This leaner approach allows the series to feel nimble and unpredictable where The Walking Dead can be bloated and lumbering-especially in recent seasons.

Instead the king focused on rivalries with longtime foe Iran - only 160 kilometers (100 miles) across the Gulf from Dhahran. Among the leaders in attendance was Sudan's Omar al-Bashir, who walked the red carpet and was greeted by King Salman.

While we still don't know which character will be crossing over along with Morgan, several media outlets are speculating the involvement of characters like Norman Reedus' Daryl, Corey Hawkins' Heath and Lauran Cohan's Maggie. "So we're gonna bide our time, wait for our moment, and then we're gonna show him".
