Trump has collected almost $30 million on his re-election

Throughout the very first quarter of the calendar year, Trump spent about £834,000 on overseas bills - down from the1.1 million he spent in each of the previous two quarters, according to disclosures filed by Federal Election Commission.

Trump's campaign and two fundraising committees that jointly raise funds with the Republican National Committee collected a total of almost $20.2 million in the first quarter, the Post reported. This was reported by representatives of his campaign, reports "UNN" with reference to Reuters.

Trump registered for re-election the day he took office.

Trump's campaign has also spent about $150,000 at Trump businesses, including the legal fees, per the FEC report. Stormy Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, is suing to have the nondisclosure agreement invalidated.

Asked about the missile attack, an Israeli military spokesman told Reuters , " We don't comment on such reports ". State-run news agency SANA reported air defenses had shot down some of the missiles targeting the base.

Unlike his predecessors, Trump began fundraising for 2020 soon after he won the presidency.

The joint fundraising committees that benefit Trump's campaign and the Republican National Committee transferred $6.6 million to Trump's campaign in the first quarter. That was a sharp drop from the previous quarter, when the campaign paid the firm almost $215,000.

In 2018, more than $280,000 was paid to the law firm of Larocca, Hornik, Rosen, Greenberg & Blaha and another firm owned by Charles Harder, which represent Trump and his personal attorney Michael Cohen in the court fight with Daniels.

Prosecutors said in a Friday court hearing that Cohen has been the target of a months-long federal investigation in NY, separate from Special Counsel Robert Mueller's probe of Russian interference in the USA elections.

On Sunday, Trump similarly suggested Comey's handling of the Clinton case seemed to be based on the assumption she would win. When asked if he thinks Trump is unfit for office, Comey was quick to say yes - because he sees Trump as "morally unfit".

The campaign s pent almost $150,000 at businesses owned by the president this year, including for lodging, catering and rent at properties that include the Trump International Hotel in Washington and Trump Tower in Manhattan.

Trump Make America Great Again Committee, which raises most of its money from donors giving $200 or less, raised $10.2 million.

The campaign did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
