Del Toro will helm a horror series for Netflix

Netflix describes the stories del Toro will select as "equally sophisticated and horrific".

He might be taking it a little easier on the cinematic directorial front after Oscar success with The Shape Of Water, but don't expect Guillermo del Toro to take that much of a break.

Miles Dale and Gary Ungar of Exile Entertainment are set to join del Toro as an executive producer on the project.
