No Man's Sky gets multiplayer this summer

This is the same date players across PS4, Xbox and PC will receive the long-awaited multiplayer patch, previously described as the "biggest update ever" for No Man's Sky.

Players will be able to interact with each and still do everything else in the game, including newer features like base-building and racing ground-based vehicles.

Murray broke the news during Microsoft's latest Inside Xbox livestream, stating that the new multiplayer will improve on the current system by allowing for more player interaction.

The game now does have a limited form of multiplayer, but with the update, players will be able to interact with other players better, such as grouping up with them to survive, build, race, and relax.

Playing on Xbox One is a great way to pass up free time, but this gets even better when you team up with your friends.
