If you were paying attention to leaks before E3 2018 started, you already knew there was a new Assassin's Creed game on the way - one big enough that Ubisoft had to reveal the game's full name, Assassin's Creed Odyssey, early.
A beta is still planned sometime before release on PC, PS4 and Xbox One. Just as we got to meet Julius Caesar and Cleopatra in Origins, your character will meet some prominent Greek figures in Odyssey such as Socrates.
You'll join the adventure as a Spartan, either Alexios or Kassandra. Some gameplay demos were encroaching 10-minute territory, which is the best way to get everyone to tune out of your stream until something else comes along.

North Korea summit: How Trump will communicate, negotiate with Kim Jong Un
It started with significant diplomatic overtures from North Korea towards South Korea during the Winter Olympics. So, in this respect at least, it seems this historic summit is no different than Kim's other excursions.
Opening the show with a Just Dance 2019 musical number, Ubisoft aimed to delight the crowds with game reveals and trailers galore.
What are you hoping to see during the presentation?
As you might expect from a pirate game, Skull & Bones places a heavy emphasis on boarding and raiding other ships.
EA announces Xbox Game Pass-esque service Origin Access Premier
Subscriptions are quite important to EA and have helped rake in billions in revenue as part of its Live Services segment. This means unlimited playtime on the full versions of the games starting five days before the launch.
You'll be paying $110 for that one, but the standard edition is a more pocket-friendly $60. Origins was known for its breathtakingly attractive recreation of ancient Egypt and Odyssey promises more of the same for Greece, but numerous locales seemed almost identical to places found in Origins.
