"En route to visit #TrumpCamps, @FLOTUS wears 'I don't really care do u?' jacket".

But then Melania Trump wore it back home too.

President Trump has been under fire for his immigration policies as part of which the children of immigrant families are left behind while the parents are termed as the "prisoners". She did not wear the jacket to the event.

She told Azar it is "frighteningly clear the department and the Trump administration as a whole have absolutely no concern for the wellbeing of thousands of children".

And sometimes, a first lady's choices can undercut her message, like when Michelle Obama drew scrutiny for sporting a pair of $540 Lanvin sneakers to volunteer at a food bank.
