Another blow for Russian Federation as UK Police identify suspects in Skripal attack

President Vladimir Putin accused Britain of making baseless allegations against Russian Federation after a former Soviet spy was among four people found poisoned by a nerve agent in southern England.

United Kingdom should investigate Salisbury & Amesbury incidents instead of blaming Russia - foreign ministry London should focus on the actual investigation into the poisoning incidents in the towns of Salisbury and Amesbury, Russian diplomats said, responding to the new accusations against Moscow produced by the United Kingdom defense secretary.

Russian Federation has been blamed for the poisoning of former spy Sergei Skripal using the substance in nearby Salisbury.

Scotland Yard refused to comment on the report when contacted by AFP.

The Russian president said he did not even know the surnames of the Amesbury couple exposed to the nerve agent and the British government had failed to provide any evidence. They were treated for exposure to the rare Soviet-era military-grade nerve agent Novichok and discharged separately from hospital several weeks later.

The Metropolitan Police said 250 detectives had been involved in the "painstaking" investigation since March.

The nerve agent was present in a bottle found at the Amesbury home of her partner Charlie Rowley, 45, who remains in critical condition in hospital. Great Britain has not provided the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) with specific information about suspects in the Salisbury incident, Russia's Permanent Representative to the OPCW Alexander Shulgin said on the sidelines of a meeting of Russian ambassadors and envoys.

The sister of Novichok victim Dawn Sturgess has described "saying her goodbyes" hours before her death. "A lot of versions have been appearing in the newspapers, they are not supported by the statements of the Foreign Office", he said.

It could also lead to identifying phones or other communications devices and provide an answer to how the Novichok was brought into the UK.

The Government has blamed Russian Federation for the failed nerve agent attack on the Skripals.

It is not clear yet whether the Novichok that poisoned Sturgess and Rowley were from the same batch as the one used on the Skripals.

A post-mortem examination is scheduled to take place on Tuesday and an inquest into her death is set to open and adjourn in Salisbury on Thursday.

One of the problems is that once rates reach rock bottom (which is pretty well where they are right now) the only way is up. This could be a good time for more young Americans to take out a Roth Individual Retirement Account or IRA for short.

The samples gathered will now be analysed at two OPCW labs before the results are reported back to the UK.
