Introducing Wrecking Ball, Overwatch's newest hero

For those wondering about the new hero, wonder no more as Blizzard has officially taken the wraps off it. Not just any hamster, though, since this one is apparently also a brilliant mech pilot and inventor. Blizzard has been teasing fans by showing an unsavory looking back-alley covered in graffiti.

Nobody, that is, apart from Reddit user stmaurer who correctly predicted Hammond after picking up on small hints such as nibble marks in his room on Lunar Colony and the obvious moving around in a ball. Often designated as "Specimen 8", the former Horizon Lunar Colony test subject eventually became a force to be reckoned with inside of his Wrecking Ball in Junkertown.

Blizzard has sent out a teaser on Twitter that seemingly confirms that Overwatch's next champion is a hamster in a robotic death ball.

Verstappen wins in Austria on nightmare day for Mercedes
Bottas stopped on the outside of Turn 4, necessitating a Virtual Safety Car that also had major repercussions on the race. On Lap 64, the championship leader Lewis Hamilton retired from the race as Lewis Hamilton lost all power from his auto .

Sadly, specifics on Hammond's kit don't exist at the moment.

The name of the Hero hasn't been shared just yet, although we'd put bets on Hammond - who's been mentioned in the game previously - and neither has the date that we'll see him/ her roll out into the game. It's safe to say that Overwatch has a ton of unique characters in its roster, but its latest hero might just be its most weird one yet. There's no official word on the little guy's name yet, but now we know it's a hamster in a mech ball Hammond is probably a safe bet, because "Hammond the Hamster" - geddit?

It seems that Overwatch's next hero isn't going to be a gorilla as many had opined.

What Paul George staying with Thunder means for Sixers
Will Carmelo Anthony's opt-in decision affect what Paul George does next in OKC? I just want to help a team win. This is definitely the biggest indication that the 28-year-old is likely to stay with the Thunder next season.

Overwatch is now available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. He can also jump into the air with Piledriver to collide with the ground, dealing damage and causing a knock-up effect on nearby enemies. His Adaptive Shielding ability will grant him temporary shields that get stronger as he's surrounded by more enemies, while his ultimate will lay down a minefield that can be useful in zoning enemies out of certain spaces.

The cute and cuddly Hammond will be playable soon, no word yet on what his role will be in battle expect mech action.

Lakers pressured to add Leonard before LeBron decision
However, it appears that Lakers aren't the only ones who are hoping that Leonard can help them ultimately sign James. That is until you consider the reports that LeBron James would come to the Lakers if Kawhi was there.
