A new report claims Samsung is actually giving up on competing technology and returning to fingerprint scanners for the Galaxy S10. Recall, Galaxy S9 was called up to the release of Star and Galaxy S8 - Dream.
The company's original target for this year was to ship 320 million smartphone units, but Samsung apparently revised the target due to the acceptable performance of the Galaxy S9 series in the first quarter.
The report adds that Samsung will release the Galaxy S10 in two sizes: 5.8-inch and 6.3-inch, however a second report from ET News says that there will in fact be a third model.
